Your merch catalog lives in Assets > Merch. Each row is a product you created in Fanaura with an image, title, and external https store link. This guide covers editing, visibility, ordering, and what analytics you get.

Product List

In the Merch tab you will see:
  • Featured image — thumbnail on your list and smart link
  • Product title
  • Price label (optional display text you set, if any)
  • Visibility toggle — show or hide on your public artist hub
  • Smart link — copy the fan-facing URL for this item
Click a product to open its detail page for full editing.

Editing a Product

On the merch detail page you can update:
Checkout, inventory, and variants are managed on your external store. Update those on the platform where you sell, then update the link or copy in Fanaura if needed.

Visibility Toggle

Every merch item has a visibility switch: Use this to hide sold-out drops, test new products, or keep your hub focused on what is live now.

Reordering

In list view, drag items by the grip handle to change the order fans see on your artist hub. Put your current drop first.

Fan Experience

1

Fan opens your smart link

They see artwork, title, description, and your call-to-action button.
2

Fan taps Shop now

Fanaura records the click (when the fan is identified or the link is tracked).
3

Fan completes purchase externally

Payment and fulfillment happen on your linked store, not inside Fanaura.

Analytics

Merch analytics in Fanaura focus on interest, not automatic order sync:
  • Page views — how often the merch smart link was opened
  • Click-throughs — how often fans clicked through to your external URL
  • Click rate — views vs. clicks for comparing products
If a product gets views but few clicks, try a stronger image, clearer title, or updated button text before changing your external store.

Common Questions

No. Fanaura hosts the landing page and link; your external store handles payment.
No. Any HTTPS product or checkout URL works — Bandcamp, Big Cartel, Square, your own site, etc.
Not from external checkout alone. Fanaura tracks smart link engagement; use flows and blasts to follow up with fans who clicked.
Yes. Add a new merch item with the same image and a variant-specific external URL.
