  • Subscription continues: After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Labels and Agencies — Complete ($1,000/month)

You should choose Complete if:

  • Your team has 5-10+ people who need platform access.

Enterprise — Custom Pricing

You should choose Enterprise if:
  • You manage a roster of 10+ artists.

Upgrading and Downgrading

  • Upgrade anytime: New limits activate immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
  • Downgrade anytime: Takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current limits until then.
  • Switch plans freely: There are no penalties for changing plans.

Overage Pricing

If you exceed your monthly email or SMS limits, you are not cut off. Overage charges apply:
  • Extra emails: 1per1,000(1 per 1,000 (0.001 per email)
  • Extra SMS: 10per1,000(10 per 1,000 (0.01 per text)
