No Long-Term Contracts

All standard plans (Basic, Pro, Complete) are:
  • Monthly billing: Pay month to month.
  • Cancel anytime: No penalties, no early termination fees.
  • Subscription continues: After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual option: Available for Pro and Complete plans. Contact support for annual pricing (typically includes a discount).

Which Plan Is Right for You?

Independent ArtistsYou should choose Basic if:
  • You are an independent artist or a new act building your first fan base.
  • You release music a few times a year (4 assets/month covers most independent release schedules).
  • Your fan base is under 5,000 and growing.
  • You do not need team access — you handle everything yourself.
  • Your email and SMS volume is modest (under 1,000 emails and 100 texts per month).
What you get: Everything you need to collect fan data, run presave campaigns, build smart links, create automated flows, and communicate with your fans. The only limits are on volume (assets, emails, SMS) and team access.Example artist: An indie singer-songwriter in Nashville releasing a new single every quarter. They run their own social media and marketing, have 2,000 fans in their database, and send a monthly email newsletter.

Upgrading and Downgrading

  • Upgrade anytime: New limits activate immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
  • Downgrade anytime: Takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current limits until then.
  • Switch plans freely: There are no penalties for changing plans.

Overage Pricing

If you exceed your monthly email or SMS limits, you are not cut off. Overage charges apply:
