Fanaura is designed to feel intuitive from the first click. This guide walks you through every part of the interface so you always know where you are and how to get where you need to go.

The Sidebar

The sidebar is your main navigation tool. It lives on the left side of the screen on desktop and is always visible. On mobile, it collapses into a hamburger menu. The sidebar contains seven main sections, listed top to bottom:
IconNamePathWhat It Does
GridDashboard/dashboardYour real-time command center with stats, charts, activity feed, and active launches.
Music NoteAssets/assetsManage your music releases, merch products, tour dates, and extras (content, experiences, etc.).
RocketLaunches/launchesCreate and manage marketing campaigns. Each launch wraps around one or more assets.
PeopleFans/fansYour unified fan database, conversation inbox (SMS, email, IG DM), and fan analytics.
SendMessages/blastsSend one-time email, SMS, or Instagram DM blasts to your fan base or targeted segments.
SparklesFanauraAI/aiYour AI-powered assistant. Ask questions, get insights, and execute actions using natural language.
GearSettings/settingsAccount profile, team management, integrations, billing, notifications, security, logs, and rewards.

Active State

The currently active page is highlighted in the sidebar with a subtle background glow and brighter text. As you navigate, the active state updates automatically based on the URL path.

Artist Profile

At the top of the sidebar, you will see:
  • Artist profile image (or initials if no image is set)
  • Artist name
  • Role badge (e.g., “Artist”, “Manager”)
Click on the artist profile area to access the artist switcher (if you manage multiple artists) or your team member profile modal.

The Header

Every page has a header bar at the top that shows:

Page Title

The name of the current page (e.g., “Dashboard”, “Launches”, “Fans”). On some pages, this also includes a subtitle.

Date Range Filter (Dashboard)

On the Dashboard page, the header includes a date range selector with the following options:
OptionLabel
24hLast 24 hours
7d7 Days
30d30 Days
90d90 Days
365d1 Year
allAll Time
Click any option to filter all dashboard data to that time range. The selected option is highlighted with a brighter background.

Global Header Icons

On the right side of the header, you will find:
  • Help icon (?) — Opens a contextual help panel with tips specific to the current page. For example, on the Launches page it explains what launches are and how to use flows.
  • Notifications bell — Shows a badge count if you have unread notifications. Click to see recent alerts about fan activity, campaign milestones, or system notices.

Mobile Navigation

On screens smaller than 1024px wide (tablets and phones), the sidebar collapses.

Hamburger Menu

A hamburger menu button (three horizontal lines) appears in the top-left corner. Tap it to slide the sidebar open as a full-height overlay. The sidebar shows the same navigation items as desktop. Tap the X button or tap outside the sidebar to close it.

Mobile-Optimized Layout

On mobile:
  • Cards stack vertically instead of side-by-side
  • Tables become scrollable horizontally
  • The dashboard grid adapts from 6 columns to 2 columns
  • Launch cards show a condensed view with key stats
  • The fan list shows a simplified card layout
Tip: Fanaura is fully functional on mobile. You can manage your campaigns, read fan messages, and check analytics from your phone.

Page-by-Page Overview

  • Merch — products synced from Shopify or added manually
  • Tours — tour dates, venues, and RSVP tracking

  • Deleted — recently deleted launches (recoverable for 30 days)
Click “New Launch” to create a campaign. Click any launch card to enter the detail view with flows, fan data, and analytics.

Fans (/fans)

Your unified fan database. Two main views:
  • All Fans — a searchable, filterable list of every fan. Click any fan to see their full profile with activity history.

Fan profiles show:
  • Contact info (email, phone, location)
  • Interaction history (presaves, purchases, RSVPs, messages)
  • VIP points and reward tier
  • Opt-in status for each channel (email, SMS, Instagram)

Messages (/blasts)

Send one-time broadcasts to your fans:

  • Write your message — rich text editor for email, plain text for SMS/DM
  • Schedule or send immediately
  • Track delivery — open rates, click rates, bounce rates, and more

FanauraAI (/ai)

A chat interface where you can ask questions about your data in plain English:

  2. A dropdown appears showing all artists connected to your account.
  3. Click on a different artist to switch.
  4. The entire dashboard reloads with that artist’s data.
The currently active artist is highlighted with a checkmark.

Adding a New Artist

From the artist switcher dropdown, click “Add New Artist” to start the onboarding flow for an additional artist profile.
