Platform Requirements
Most platforms connect seamlessly, but some have specific requirements:| Platform | Requirement |

| SMS | Provisioned through Fanaura — no separate third-party account needed |
| Apple Music | Fan must have an active Apple Music subscription for presaves |
| Spotify | Fan needs a Spotify account (free or premium) for presaves |
| MasterTour | API key and API secret (when available) |
Most integrations require no setup from you. Streaming platform presaves, email delivery, payments, and mapping all work automatically.

If there is a platform you would like Fanaura to support that is not listed here, let us know. Common requests we are evaluating include:- Additional social platforms (Twitter/X, Facebook, Discord)
