The MasterTour integration is currently in development and is not yet available for use. On the Integrations page, you will see MasterTour displayed with a “Coming Soon” badge. The card is greyed out and cannot be clicked to initiate a connection.
What This Integration Will Do
When MasterTour becomes available, connecting it to Fanaura will enable:Tour Date Syncing
Your tour dates from MasterTour will automatically appear in Fanaura. No more manually entering show dates, venues, and cities. When dates change in MasterTour, Fanaura updates automatically.
Venue Data
Venue names, addresses, and capacities pulled from MasterTour. This data feeds into your tour assets and smart links so fans see accurate venue information when they RSVP.
Booking Information
Booking status for each date (confirmed, pending, cancelled). Only promote confirmed dates to fans, while keeping pending dates visible to your team.
Smart Link Automation
New tour dates synced from MasterTour can automatically generate Fanaura smart links. Fans discover your shows through data-collecting landing pages.
Fan Location Intelligence
When fans RSVP for shows synced from MasterTour, Fanaura maps their locations. Combined with fan heatmap data, you and your booking agent can identify where demand exists for future tour routing.Planned Setup Process

Preparing for the Integration
While MasterTour is still in the “Coming Soon” phase, here is what you can do now:Set up tour assets manually in Fanaura for now. You can still create tour dates, generate smart links, and collect RSVPs. When MasterTour connects, your manual entries can be updated to link with synced data.
Stay Updated
When the MasterTour integration is ready:- You will receive an in-app notification.
- An email announcement will go out to all users.
- This documentation page will be updated with the full setup guide and troubleshooting.
