What Every Plan Includes

Both Basic and Pro include the core Fanaura platform:
  • Release and show pages that capture fan emails and phone numbers
  • Your fan list in one place (profiles, segments, VIP tiers)
  • Fan map for smarter show booking
  • Flow Builder (email, SMS, and Instagram DM automations on Pro)
  • Blasts (one-time email and SMS sends)
  • Integrations (Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram, SMS, and more)
Plans differ by automation depth (email/SMS on Basic; Instagram DMs and release marketing on Pro), not by locking you out of the platform.

Plan Comparison

See Plan Features for a full capability breakdown and Messaging & Usage for how email and SMS billing works.

Messaging (High Level)

You can send to your entire fanbase on any plan. Each plan includes starter messaging credits so you can get going. After that: There is no hard cap that blocks sends. You pay for what you send after starter credits are used. Stadium-size lists work the same way.

Team Seats

  • Artist Basic is a solo workspace (account owner only).
  • Artist Pro includes team access so managers and publicists can work in the same artist workspace.
  • Additional seats are $10/month per member when your plan or seat allowance requires it.
See Team Management for roles and permissions.

Enterprise (Labels & Agencies)

For record labels, booking agencies, and teams managing many acts:
  • Multi-artist dashboards and cross-roster analytics
  • Custom integrations and proprietary AI workflows
  • Contract-based billing and volume pricing
  • Dedicated account management and onboarding
Enterprise pricing is custom. Contact the Fanaura team at fanaura.com/support.

Billing Basics

  • Monthly billing on Basic and Pro
  • Charged at signup when you create your account
  • Upgrade anytime: new plan features activate immediately; billing is prorated
  • Downgrade anytime: takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Cancel anytime: access continues through the period you already paid for
Manage everything under Settings → Billing.

Which Plan Should You Choose?

Choose Basic if you are:
  • Building your first real fanbase you actually own
  • Running email and SMS automation flows for releases and shows
  • Using release pages that capture fan emails and phone numbers
  • Asking fan and release questions with Aura Advisor (included)
Example: An indie artist releasing singles quarterly, collecting emails from release pages, and sending release-day updates to a few hundred fans.
