Sign in and sign up

Open Fanaura and choose Sign in or Create account on the auth screens. You can use email and password or Sign in with Apple where Apple Sign In is available. After authentication, the app loads your artist account or starts mobile onboarding if you have not finished setup. If your session expires, sign in again. Pending account deletion cancels when you sign in within the 30-day grace period (see Account and privacy).

Onboarding flow

New accounts move through setup before the tab bar appears:
  1. Welcome and segment. You choose the type of creator you are. Copy on later screens (for example Audience vs Fans) follows this segment.
  2. Public identity. You set the public name and handle used on fanaura.me/your-handle.
  3. Instagram (optional). You can connect Instagram for comment and DM automations or skip and connect later in Settings.
  4. First journey. The app guides you toward creating a capture journey so you have a live link or keyword.
  5. Membership. Apple in-app subscription for your plan (Starter or Pro tiers as offered in the paywall). Restore purchases appears if you already subscribed on this Apple ID.
When setup completes, the app marks onboarding complete and opens Journeys from the center orb on the bottom bar.

Membership screen

Open Settings → Membership any time to view plan status, upgrade, or restore purchases. Billing runs through Apple and RevenueCat. Plan names in the app follow Aura Advisor (Basic) and Aura Manager (Pro) tier labels where shown.

What you should do first

  1. Finish Email and Texting number under Settings → Connections and messaging if you plan to send email or SMS.
  2. Publish one journey from the Journeys tab so you have a link or keyword to share.
  3. Open Aura Chat from the chat icon left of the center Journeys orb if you want guided setup in plain language.
