Email sender

Open from Settings → Connections and messaging → Email.

Element	Meaning
Verified pill	Default branded address is ready
Your email	Active sending address (branded or chosen custom sender)
Subcopy	When a custom sender is selected, explains whether blasts, journeys, or both use it

Row	Meaning
Blasts	Address used for one-time email blasts
Journeys	Address used for journey-related email

Both fall back to your branded Fanaura address until you assign a verified custom sender.

Refresh status	Re-checks DNS and provider state
Use this sender	Toggles for Blasts and Journeys when verified
Remove sender	Deletes a custom sender after confirmation

Failed verification shows Needs attention with record-level hints (wrong value, missing record, doubled host).

Email blasts require a verified from-address. Journey email replies require the same readiness rules shown in the journey editor replies stage.
