> A complete list of every third-party platform, service, and technology that Fanaura integrates with or supports.
Fanaura connects with a wide range of platforms and services to bring your fan engagement, marketing, commerce, and analytics together in one place. This page lists every platform and service that Fanaura currently supports, organized by category.
Fanaura integrates with **23 platforms and services** across 12 categories. From streaming and social to commerce and AI, everything works together to power your fan engagement.
## Streaming Platforms (9 DSPs)
These are the digital streaming platforms supported for presaves and streaming links:

Product sync, order tracking, merch smart links via OAuth integration.
Dedicated artist phone numbers for 2-way fan conversations, blasts, and automated flow messages.
Powers all outbound email from Fanaura — blast sends, flow emails, and transactional messages.
Subscription billing and payment processing. PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
Tour data sync (coming soon). Will sync tour dates, venues, and booking info.
## Mapping, AI, and Music Links
Powers geographic visualization of your fan base with interactive heatmap overlays.
Venue search during tour asset creation. Returns venue details including address and coordinates.
AI assistant, intent detection, content suggestions. Powers chat interface and keyword matching across all channels.
Automatically finds direct links to your song across all streaming platforms when your release goes live.

## Platform Requirements
Most platforms connect seamlessly, but some have specific requirements:

| Instagram | Professional account (Business or Creator) with linked Facebook Page |
| Shopify | Shopify store (Basic plan or higher) with admin access |
| SMS | Provisioned through Fanaura — no separate third-party account needed |
| Apple Music | Fan must have an active Apple Music subscription for presaves |
| Spotify | Fan needs a Spotify account (free or premium) for presaves |
| MasterTour | API key and API secret (when available) |
Most integrations require no setup from you. Streaming platform presaves, email delivery, payments, and mapping all work automatically.
## Requesting New Platforms
If there is a platform you would like Fanaura to support that is not listed here, let us know. Common requests we are evaluating include:
* Additional social platforms (Twitter/X, Facebook, Discord)
* Alternative commerce platforms (WooCommerce, BigCommerce)
* Ticket platforms (Ticketmaster, DICE, Eventbrite)
* Additional messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Messenger)
