# Launch a keyword in one message

> Give your assistant a link and a keyword. Fanaura builds the journey, fills in every setting, and publishes it in one call.

The fastest way to use Fanaura from chat is one sentence with a link and a keyword. Your assistant calls `fanaura.create_journey`, and Fanaura does the rest.

<Check>
  `fanaura.create_journey` publishes in the same call unless you ask to keep a draft. A draft is saved when Instagram is not connected, the keyword is live on another journey, the public name is not claimed, or membership is inactive.
</Check>

## Write the request

Include two things: the page people should land on, and the word they comment.

<CodeGroup>
  ```text Musician theme={null}
  When someone comments MUSIC on my posts, DM them my new single:
  https://open.spotify.com/track/your-track
  ```

  ```text Podcaster theme={null}
  Comment EPISODE to get this week's episode:
  https://podcasts.apple.com/your-show/episode
  ```

  ```text Coach theme={null}
  When they comment BOOK, collect their email and send them to
  https://calendly.com/you/intro
  ```

  ```text Author theme={null}
  Set up GUIDE so commenters get my free chapter at https://example.com/chapter-one
  ```

  ```text Business theme={null}
  Reply in the comments and DM https://example.com/menu when someone types MENU.
  ```
</CodeGroup>

<Tip>
  You can leave out the keyword. Fanaura suggests one from your link, and falls back to LINK if it cannot.
</Tip>

## What Fanaura sets for you

| Setting | What Fanaura chooses | How to change it in the same message |
| - | - | - |
| Name | A short name from the page title, such as "Free Guide" | "Call it Spring Guide" |
| Public link | `fanaura.me/yourname/` plus the name | Change the name |
| Keyword | Your word in capitals, such as `GUIDE` | Say the word |
| Triggers | Every ready Instagram trigger: comments and DMs. Texts and email are added when you have a texting number or email sender. | Not set from chat |
| Contact capture | Automatic. Each visit asks for one missing detail: phone, then email, then name. | "Ask for their email" |
| Public comment replies | Up to 10 short replies, written for your link | "Reply with: Check your DMs" |
| Private message | The default DM with your link | "In the DM, say: Here is the guide you asked for" |
| Followers only | Off | "Only send it to people who follow me" |
| Repeat commenters | They get the link again | "Only send it once per person" |

## When it stays a draft

The journey is always saved, even when it cannot go live. The assistant tells you the reason and what to do.

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Instagram is not connected" icon="instagram">
    Ask "Connect my Instagram." The assistant calls `fanaura.instagram_connect_link` and gives you a secure link that works for 15 minutes. After you connect, ask "Publish my GUIDE journey."
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The keyword is already in use" icon="key-round">
    Each keyword can belong to one journey at a time. The assistant names the journey that already uses it. Pick another word, or change the other journey first.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The keyword is not allowed" icon="ban">
    A keyword is one word of up to 32 letters or numbers, with no spaces. These words are reserved for messaging controls: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, HELP, INFO, START, YES, NO, and UNSTOP.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The link is not valid" icon="link-2-off">
    The destination must be a full public website address that starts with `https://`.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Your public name is not claimed" icon="at-sign">
    Open Fanaura on your iPhone and claim the name your audience will see. Then ask the assistant to publish.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Membership is not active" icon="badge-check">
    The journey is saved as a draft. Open the Fanaura iPhone app to manage your membership. The connector never shows prices, upgrades, or store links.
  </Accordion>

## Ask for a draft instead

If you want to review before going live, say so:

```text theme={null}
Build a GUIDE journey for https://example.com/guide but keep it as a draft.
```

The assistant passes `publish: false`. When you are ready, say "Publish it."

<Card title="Prefer to build it step by step?" icon="list-ordered" href="/mcp-server/guides/build-step-by-step">
  Start a draft, set each piece, check it, and publish.
</Card>
