# Fan Management Overview

Your fans are the reason you make music. Fanaura's fan database is built to help you know them better, reach them faster, and reward them for showing up.

Every single interaction a fan has with you — pre-saving your next single, RSVPing to a show, buying a hoodie, opening an email, replying to a text, or sliding into your Instagram DMs — gets tracked in one place. No more jumping between Mailchimp, Shopify, your Instagram inbox, and a spreadsheet. It all lives here.

## What Makes Fanaura Different

### Unified Fan Identity

Most platforms only know fans within their own silo. Your email tool knows email addresses. Your SMS tool knows phone numbers. Your social media tool knows handles. None of them talk to each other.

Fanaura merges all of those identities into a single fan profile. If someone pre-saved your album with their email, then later texted your number, then bought a shirt on Shopify — Fanaura connects all three into one profile. You see the whole person, not fragments.

### Artist-Scoped Data

Every artist on Fanaura has their own independent fan database. If you manage multiple artists (as a manager or label), each artist's fans are completely separate. A fan who follows both of your artists will have a distinct profile under each one.

### Engagement Scoring & VIP Tiers

Fanaura automatically calculates an engagement score (0-100) for every fan based on their activity. Fans earn tokens for actions like pre-saving, RSVPing, purchasing merch, and engaging with your emails. As they accumulate tokens, they level up through VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

This lets you instantly identify your most dedicated supporters and reward them accordingly.
